Guest guest
wish i could offer some advice but this seems to be a common complaint amongst some that use bikes/spin classes. so its not just you. i heard they have special shorts for it but i can't recall any info beyond that. just wanted you to know that its common. kassiaLDY_SOLANA'S fITNESS BLOGLDY_SOLANA'S WEBPAGEFrom: Navarro <navarrosarah@...>Subject: Exercise Bike question"undisclosed recipients" <navarrosarah@...>Date: Sunday, March 7, 2010, 11:44 AM I did 70 minutes today on the exercise bike but that thing really hurts my butt. Does anyone else have this problem? Any tips? I do have a lot of fat on me, but not on my butt, could that be why it hurts so much. This happens when I ride my outdoor bike also. Guest guest
Hi ,I don't know if it's the same for exercise bikes, but on regular bikes, that hurts at first too. It gets better! It even goes away after a while. Just keep on spinning regularly.
