I was moving very slowly this morning.  This cold is kicking my butt.  For that reason, I was dragging butt.  However, I am happy to report that I was able to get in the swing of the workout nearly immediately and had a great one!  I burned 674 calories with my average at 146 - wow.

Here's how she flowed..Lateral step ups 30#

Sit N stand up with jump and weight in hand- High step (7 risers) 12 lb

Walking lunges  25lb

Reach and tap corner of step with weighted gloves

Step up with hand weights (4 risers) 30lb

Butt kicks over step (4 risers)

Close stance one leg squats  30lb

Rock climbers on floor

Drop side Lunge onto step  30lb

Straddle down jump up with knee lift 3 risers

Back lunge alternating off step  30lb

Explosive running man 4 risers

Deadlifts wide stance 45lb

Lateral crossovers on step with weight - 4 risers  12lb

Drop side lunge on floor into leg abduction 25lb

Squat thrust and jump onto box and step off- 4 risers

Alternating Front Lunge  30lb

Lunge taps on step with finger tips touching 4 risers (tapped ceiling instead since my ceiling is too low to extend my arms up when using 4 risers)

Alternating side lunge  30

Band hop one leg and turn corner hop with other leg

One legged deadlifts  35s (used 2 dbs, and elevated back leg)

One leg squat thrust switch after 15 seconds - wow!

Squats narrow stance   40lb

Lateral jumps over step platform

Low lunge/squat combo -

Slow straddle jumps 4 risers (I love these and did 5 extra just because I seen I had done it last time :)
