Guest guest Posted April 1, 2010 Report Share Posted April 1, 2010 Jen's exercise for Wednesday 03/31/10 I played 2 hours of volleyball tonight. My ankle hurt really bad and it swelled up again. Next week is Spring break for the schools so there will be no volleyball which is a good thing for my ankle.I've decided that I won't play on April 12th (the first Monday after Spring break) so that I can rest my ankle. Tomorrow I will pick up my shoe with the flare attached, hopefully it will take the stress off my tendons so my ankle will stop hurting and swelling up.I will try playing on April 14th because that Friday (April 16th) is my birthday and I want to play at least once since it's close to my birthday. If my ankle isn't any better despite wearing the shoe with the orthodic flare, I will skip playing for the rest of April to rest it.
