I've been lurking again :). My primary routines remain PowerFit and I'm seeing " gentle " results, pants are looser and I'm seeing definition, slight but it's there. I'm going to try adding in walking with 's Body Boost cable to my evening routine but (I can't believe I'm saying this) I really like the AM workouts.

I'm posting my last three weeks then I'm out the door to run some errands.

BBL Basics, WAH 2 Mile Super Walk

BBL = Brazil Butt Lift, WAH = Walk At Home. So, I tried 's Body Boost Cables and I'm giving them a thumbs up. I think you might be able to duplicate them with resistance bands, the key would be securing one end on your foot and getting the band under your arch for comfort. If you have the cables you can use these on all kinds of walks, I happen to like the moves has chosen. I'm glad I invested this set.

Thought I would up the ante and add in weighted gloves. Turned out to be a good idea the gloves gave me increased resistance without disturbing the flow of the routine. It is so nice to know that my main workout(s) are completed.
