My primary routines remain PowerFit and I'm seeing " gentle " results, pants are looser and I'm seeing definition, slight but it's there. I'm going to try adding in walking with 's Body Boost cable to my evening routine but (I can't believe I'm saying this) I really like the AM workouts. I'm posting my last three weeks then I'm out the door to run some errands. Date Day Video Notes 02/01/10 Mon REST DAY 02/02/10 Tue PowerFit Legs & Shoulders (20 min) AM I didn't put that much into this morning's workout but, I got it done Kettlenetics flowMotion Basics (20 min.) PM This is still a challenge for me LOL. Oh well, I'll keep at it until it's a breeze. Worked almost 13 hours today so I'm pooped on top of it all. 02/03/10 Wed PowerFit Cardio (20 min) AM Done Slim Series Cool It Off! Express (30 min) PM oh yes, I so needed this tonight. I should probably give this workout to myself more often . 02/04/10 Thu PowerFit Chest, Triceps & Butt AM Done Kettlenetics flowMotion Basics (20 min.) PM I kind of only went through the motions tonight 02/05/10 Fri Unplanned rest day AM I'll make up for it tomorrow 02/06/10 Sat PowerFit Back, Biceps & Thighs AM Done BBL Basics, WAH 2 Mile Super Walk PM BBL = Brazil Butt Lift, WAH = Walk At Home. So, I tried 's Body Boost Cables and I'm giving them a thumbs up. I think you might be able to duplicate them with resistance bands, the key would be securing one end on your foot and getting the band under your arch for comfort. If you have the cables you can use these on all kinds of walks, I happen to like the moves has chosen. I'm glad I invested this set. 02/07/10 Sun AM PM Date Day Video Notes 02/08/10 Mon This week is the Brazil Butt Lift 6-Day Supermodel Slim Down 02/09/10 Tue PowerFit Legs & Shoulders AM Done BBL Cardio Axe PM This was harder than I expected, I'll be able to grow with this one. There was no real cool down/stretch which I don't like though. 02/10/10 Wed PowerFit Cardio AM Done BBL Bum Bum PM I don't think this will make me sore but oh my, I've got some work to do to get through this entire 30 minute routine. 02/11/10 Thu PowerFit Chest, Triceps & Butt AM BBL Cardio Axe PM 02/12/10 Fri PowerFit Back, Biceps & Thighs AM BBL Bum Bum PM 02/13/10 Sat AM BBL Cardio Axe & BBL Tummy Tuck PM 02/14/10 Sun PowerFit Chest, Triceps & Butt and PowerFit Back, Biceps & Thighs AM Originally planned to finish the BBL 6-Day Slimdown but that planned was done when I missed two workout days this week PowerFit Core Fusion PM Date Day Notes 02/15/10 Mon REST DAY My original plan was to start my Brazil Butt Lift this week but a cold set me back and I decided to not push it, plus, work was a little crazy. As you'll see I crammed everything into the weekend 02/16/10 Tue PowerFit Legs & Shoulders PM Completed PM 02/17/10 Wed PowerFit Cardio AM PM 02/18/10 Thu PowerFit Chest, Triceps & Butt AM PM 02/19/10 Fri REST DAY 02/20/10 Sat PowerFit Cardio AM Completed PowerFit Chest, Triceps & Butt AM Thought I would up the ante and add in weighted gloves. Turned out to be a good idea the gloves gave me increased resistance without disturbing the flow of the routine. It is so nice to know that my main workout(s) are completed. 02/21/10 Sun PowerFit Back, Biceps & Thighs AM Tried resistance bands...ended up going back to weighted gloves with the stretchie. I may try the bands in a week or so.
