I had planned to do Kathy , Lift weights to Lose weight 2, I had never done it before. I have the first one and really like it, but I didn't like this one and just couldnt' get into it today. Maybe I will try it again on a Saturday when I am not so tired to learn something new. I ended up doing 30 minutes on the exercise bike. I used a different program today which was much harder. I was sweating a lot today. I have been doing one called ride in the park, which is pretty easy. Today I did one called Cross Train which was much harder. I burned only 163 calories today. in CA No virus found in this outgoing message.
