Guest guest Posted February 9, 2010 Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 I had planned BC3, but my legs felt so worked from yesterday's bike trainer workout that I am postponing BC3 until tomorrow. Last night my lungs still felt a little irritated, so I decided not to push it today. I'm going to walk today to give my legs a break. It's stormy today.
