I had planned BC3, but my legs felt so worked from yesterday's bike trainer workout that I am postponing BC3 until tomorrow. Last night my lungs still felt a little irritated, so I decided not to push it today. 

I'm going to walk today to give my legs a break. It's stormy today. I'm kinda tired of riding my bike in the rain right now. You have to be hyper alert, and I'm not in the mood.
