i really need to keep up here i forgot what workout i last posted!!! but how is this i will forget all that and just start in the now! i posted on my blog a review of cardio core circuit. (link in sig line!)i am also almost finished reading a susan powter book. i lover her banter and straight to the point forget the confusion talk BUT some things i don't agree with(she has an issue with oatmeal i love oatmeal not instant but in the canister slow cook on stove oatmeal!) i think nutrition is where many ppl clash but her motivation about changing is incredible and her thought is NO PROCESSED FOODS i can dig that to an extent. i don't care for "glow in the dark" as she says foods(fruit gushers anybody!?) but i wouldn't throw dairy,eggs, and certain breads and cereals to the wind. i think the latter are good for you in moderation and i mean come on

how long as planet earth been eating milk and eggs in additions to what you pick off a plant or tree! i am also not to fond of get rid of meat(unless that is your belief) for loosing weight. again SMALL amounts are good i maybe have 2 servings a day myself and make up protein in other areas with dairy.but overall a good read, laura i think you might like her she is off the top crazy in a good way!!!kassiaLDY_SOLANA'S fITNESS BLOGLDY_SOLANA'S WEBPAGE
