Guest guest
I'm sorry about these drive by posts, I really want to engage in conversations I just have to get more disciplined about all sorts of things including time management. At least I've got two consecutive weeks of consistent workouts in the books. Vennitta Date Day Video Notes 01/25/10 Mon REST DAY 01/26/10 Tue PowerFit Legs & Shoulders (20 min) AM Went to be at 12:30 AM (for me that's really good ) still had to force myself out of bed but I got my AM workout in and felt better for it. 2-Week Turnaround Upper & Lower Body Strength (15 min), Interval Walk (15 min) and Yoga Stretch (10 min) PM Got home later than I wanted but before sitting down I decided to exercise. All three of these workouts were new to me and all get a thumbs up. The strength segment was just enough for me as a second workout and since I'm in comeback/getting fit again mode. I used puny 3 pounds because of the shoulder work but still felt it a decent add-on. The interval walk was really good, there is a modifier (in all workouts) so you can be kind to your knees and not feel alone . Finally the yoga...I think you all know that I don't like yoga but does a really good job of explaining the moves/poses and does the advanced poses while the modifier, well modifies. includes strength poses to make the workout a short standalone yoga workout if you want to use it that way. I'll try to include more regularly, I really like how I felt afterward. 01/27/10 Wed PowerFit Cardio AM PINK Fitness workout 1; 2-Week Turnaround Interval Walk; Cool Down & Stretch Segment PM PINK Fitness is all about Olympic style power lifting, each workout is 15 to 18 minutes and not too taxing...hmm, it certainly fit my needs today 01/28/10 Thu PowerFit Chest, Triceps & Butt AM 01/29/10 Fri PowerFit Back, Biceps & Thighs AM 01/30/10 Sat Kettlenetics flowMotion basics (20 min.) AM Oh my, I underestimated the intensity of this workout, this no impact workout had me breathing HARD in parts, so much so that I had to take breaks – can you believe it? And this was with a baby 4 pound kettlebell LOL 01/31/10 Sun PowerFit Core Fusion PM
