I was so tired (due to heat) this AM but made myself get up and do this workout. reviewed it and she is right on.. this is a good total body workout. I decided to use weights as well except for the end where I used a band for core and leg lifts. It was perfect for my crazy day. I did this and then walked the dogs for only 15 min as at 7AM it was already above 80 here. We are in a terrible heat wave with temps above 100 and heat index around 105 to 110.. too hot for me or the dogs.I went to WW and gained 0.8lbs while I am up I have to admit to being surprised it wasn't more. I ate like a pig and drank good full flavored beer of the holiday weekend. Yes I was running my dogs but I didn't track so I expected to gain more...but back on line and tracking.. ready

for a good week and hope to get to 5% next weekfyi trying to attach pic of me and my older (9.5 yo) dog. She won the Triple Double Q award at the trial as she had qualifying runs in 7/8 of her runs... she is slow but consistent and a sweet old dog.j
