Hi Ladies,

A little late with my check in but hey, better late than never! Wednesday I did

New Firm Cardio Sculpt Burn. I really wanted to get some cardio in this day

while getting a some weight work in. While I defenetly got my cardio in the tape

was lacking in that it did not offer a lot of total body sculpting like I was

hoping.

Thursday it was down to the mat as I did Firm Scuptid Bun's Hips and Thighs, all

I can say it you can ALWAYS count on this video to really work your lower body!!

I was pleased with how I did considering it had been a while since I worked my

lower body.

If my calculations are correct I should get 11 workouts in for the month.

Well, it's been a long day at MCO today, but I got an hour of mandatory OT and

that means I was making double time $$$$$
