Tonite I did the Biggest Loser 2-The Workout. I really liked this one. Today I did the warm up, low intensity cardio, high intensity cardio for women, power sculpt for women, functional flexibility, and the cool down. I thought I had also put the boot camp portion but I guess not. Sometimes on the customizeable ones I tend to mess it up. After I was done I previewed the mens portion and decided that I like it better. I think on Monday I will do that part, or maybe if I am feeling very energetic since it is a holiday and I don't have to work I will try to do the whole 90 minute DVD and see how that goes.
