I think some of them are... can't look for the website right now but I think some were released (legitimately) on DVD by Benson. Will try to look for it later though.

The FIRM Burn, Shape and Tone> > Date: Wednesday, February 24, 2010, 9:01 AM> > >  > > > > > Today I did what I planned, Burn, Shape and Tone with Rebekah Sturkie. It is one of the 2 express options on Cardio Core Fusion and uses the 2 lb. "toning balls." It is on the disc that comes with them. I really liked the full workout on this disc but hadn't tried either of the two express versions yet. This one is cardio and total body toning emphasis and the other, I think is more toning and more abs. I'd only done the full workout once so none of this seemed familiar to me and I stumbled quite a bit on one of the cardio segments because of unfamiliar moves and adding on really fast (it is only a 30 minute workout). However, because she alternates between cardio and toning emphasis segments that particular one was short enough that I just got through it in my own "special" (uncoordinated) way. Most of the toning segments work upper and lower body at the same time so the heart rate stays pretty strong and because the full workout does emphasize abs,> you do things that involve abs throughout the workout plus a ton of balance work in the toning segments too. It was quick but mostly enjoyable. The music is pretty good and Rebekah cues very well. I really like the balls too. They have velcro, adjustable handles which are very comfortable and they felt very secure. You do sometimes use two in one hand so having the straps makes it much easier to do the moves. Each being 2 pounds seems pretty good because of the pace of the workout and a lot of the shoulder work. There are a lot of creative moves and exercises using the balls, including pushups with hands holding the balls. You go down, then come up and extend one arm to the side, holding the ball by the strap. Then she adds on and when you come up you extend an arm and the opposite leg! It was not an easy workout but not a killer either, it was fun though and I'd do it again. Gotta run to sell tickets for the elementary school's Family Fun Night this> Friday, make copious copies of the PTO newsletter and then go to work! Wheeeeee! I'm glad I was able to squish in a workout this morning, it was not an easy thing to do, but I feel great having done it!>  > >
