Guest guest
Hello Princess of the Mountains, I'll bet you are very happy to be back in your own house and your own bed. No place like home, right? It's lucky for you that you are in a flare at the moment so your new Rheumatologist can see exactly how you look and feel. But, I hope it passes VERY quickly and you are up and running again. Let us know what he/she has to say. I've been on flights like that where I am maybe, only the fifth or sixth passenger and have had the whole plane to myself. I don't like to be behind the wing so I always ask for bulkhead or up front as far as possible. I used to take the red eye flights as sometimes they are not as crowded and I could find three seats to stretch out like you did. I would tell the flight attendents not to bother me as I just wanted to lie there and try to catch a few winks. Welcome back ! Ca. Guest guest
Hi Ann, Since you're in Irvine, maybe we all could get together one of these days. I'll have to call Pattymelt and see how she's feeling. Lori, aren't you in Corona and Pat in Pasadena? If we all traveled about an hour at the most, we could have lunch one day. Feasible? Ca. Guest guest
Dear Carmen, That idea sounds very good, but it would have to be tommorow or Thursday, as we are going to San Diego on Friday morning. Hope a get together can be worked out Ann K Visiting in Irvine, CA Re: OT plus Today is my BIG day with the Specialists > Hi Ann, > Since you're in Irvine, maybe we all could get together one of > these days. > I'll have to call Pattymelt and see how she's feeling. Guest guest
Hi Ann, Thursday, we are going to Santa Anita to chat with a friend who has a horse running in the fifth. We sure will be close to Dot.... I got Dot and Pat mixed up. Dot in Pasadena, Pat in Ma., right? Anyhooooo....after the race, we like to go to a restaurant called Northwoods close by and maybe we could meet there unless anyone likes horse races.... ) This is such a "quickie" maybe meeting..we'll have to see what everyone's doing tomorrow. Dot????????? Any plans for tomorrow? Lori.....what do you have going? I'll have to phone Pattymelt as I don't think her computer is up and running yet. Guest guest
Hi Carmen, I will be in Irvine until Fri morning, but I just found out that my daughter has arranged lunch for us tomorrow in Newport, so I don't think I can get together with you guys after all. Hope you all have a good time together Ann K Visiting in Irvine, CA Re: OT plus Today is my BIG day with the Specialists > Hi again, Ann, > How long are you staying here? > Carmen >
Guest guest
Hi Ann, We aren't going to do the "meet" today after all. Pattymelt isn't feeling the best. Her blood pressure is very low and she faints now and then so I certainly do not want her to drive down the mountain. And...no one has heard from Dot lately so maybe she's down and out also. I'm sooooo available anytime that I am going to leave it up to the girls to pick a time and place. I suggested we all meet in Banning and Jerry and I will drive everyone up to Patty's place and have lunch there.....when she's feeling better, of course. Sorry we didn't get together but there's always the conference in September, right? I wonder where it will be? Maybe closer to Michigan.... ) Hope you enjoyed your stay here.
