Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Definately getting back to my old self - today I did Tucker's Calorie Killer - a FIRM style cardio routine that uses the fanny lifter and sculpting stick. Typical FIRM - lots of variety - step, tallbox, floor cardio, 4-limb, etc. It is on the shorter side at under 45 minutes so I also added on Power Fit Harmony Core Balance. This was my least favorite of the core workouts from Harmony and PowerFit. There were too many crunches for my taste! I did enjoy the short standing segment and the planks, though. So, I have finished up all the Harmony workouts - done each one once! I do like them all and my sense is that you can bump them up in intensity to get solid intermediate level workouts out of all of them. Still trying to decide if I want to stick w/ the FIRM or switch to PowerFit. If I switch to PowerFit that will give me more time to maybe do some running - I'd like to try couch to 5K again. I did almost finish it last year but my hamstring tendon went wonky before I could. Next up on the FIRM rotatin is Max Body Shaping w/ Tracie Long - I may do that one tomorrow and do an active recovery day on Wed. Or, will switch that around - time will tell! Take care, Donna
