Personal experience usually the only problem with doing surgery abroad is the difficulty to go back for touch ups and fixes, anything else will depend onthe doctor skills as usual.That said I had great results in Mexico with PMMA by cannula and lateron I added Silkon (in nyc) to perfect the area and to be honest silken work bests under the eyesbecause it is a liquid, only trick it has to be injected in micro droplets.Other cause and fixes to dark circles:1) A fat deposit right under the eyes (look straight in a mirror and then tilt your head down a bit this will

Has anyone had a 'lower lid blepharoplasty', i.e. a lid job to improve the look of dark circles or sunkenness under the eyes, due to fat wasting? Were you satisfied with the results, or did it come out looking weird? The doc who did my Bio Alcamid said it would be an easy and effective procedure to improve the dark circles look but I'm perhaps a bit skeptical.On another note-- does anyone have experience with plastic surgery in Costa Rica? Supposedly it's about 1/3 the cost in the US.------------------------------------
