DD is home, too, so we're going to do some low key activities - and some day trips - but for the most part taking it easy and enjoying a slower pace. > > > We were away this weekend in PA visiting relatives, now we're back - the car wrecked my upper back - so I have the chiro this morning to adjust it. But, workout-wise, I'm taking it a bit easier and just going to pick stuff that I really enjoy and that gives me a boost. So, of course, today I went with Ellen Barrett. Who, I think, is pretty sneaky. Her workouts have zero dread for me, and they dont' seem difficult when doing them, but I always " feel " them later. Not screaming DOMS, but a worked out fatigue. This morning I did her Fat Burning Fusion workout. It is also a nice little leg workout as well as stretching and light cardio. I wish she would produce mroe workouts - she did just complete three new ones, (Barefoot Cardio, Skinny Sculpt and Fusion Flow) so I don't know how long I will ahve to wait for new ones - but hopefully not too long. Her workouts are about perfect for me - > > > I may do some more stuff later today - maybe some push-ups and a walk on the TM, maybe some Classical Stretch. I'll play it by ear - this is not going to be a week to stress out about anything if I can help it! > > ANYWAY, here's my check in from last week - more 10 Min Solutions: > > Sunday - Bike Ride (30 minutes), Classical Stretch (30 minutes) > > Monday - TM walk (hills), 10 Min Solution Pilates w/ mini ball ( Lehigh - a good one!) > > Tuesday - Amy Bento's 5 Day Get Fit Mix, a couple of sections from Amy's " figure 8 " 10 Min Solution > > Wed - 10 Min Solution Kickboxing w/ weighted gloves > > Thurs - 10 Min Solution Dance Your Body Thin ( Lehigh ), more segments from the " mini " ball DVD. > > Friday - Treadmill Walk/Run - Quick Fix Pilates w/ Tracey York > > Sat - 10 Min Solution w/ Amy Bento using the resistance band (I really liked this one - never tried it in its entirety before and it was a pretty good workout!) > > Sun - Total rest - my first total rest day of the year - lately I have been stretching on my " rest " day.
