I believe the original post had stated that he lost his appeal on his old application based on the information submitted. The further that one goes up the appeals process in the SSA Pyramid, the longer that it will take for resolution. If the person’s finances or situation has changed, they should reapply. I had helped someone here in Ohio straighten the same type of problem out.
