Jen's exercise for Thursday 03/04/10

I played 2 hours of volleyball tonight. Since my calf was bothering me as well as my ankle, I put Icy Hot on both of them (a lot!) The Icy Hot really did the trick because my ankle didn't hurt at all for an hour and a half! WAHOO! After that it started to hurt again and my calf felt tight. When I got home though and looked at my ankle it was badly swollen and so was my calf! That's it, I have to go to a specialist...this is REALLY BAD when my ankle swells every time I play (I'm pretty sure it would swell no matter what exercise I tried to do) and this time my calf is swollen too! I'm pretty concerned about it.
