I joked with DH that my own cooking finally got me (DH isn't fond of my vegetarian concoctions - he is a meat and potatoes guy). Not sure what was up - maybe what I ate was spoiled (although it tasted fine, smelled fine, looked fine) or maybe I ate too close to bed time (running around last night). I dunno - it wasn't a virus though b/c I feel fine today and felt fine last night after the "events" were over. Anyway, given that I didn't sleep that well I skipped my run/walk this morning. I wanted to sleep in a bit. I ended up doing just the waking energy seated program from Kries' Hot Body/Cool Mind. It was nice - a blend of self-massage and stretch. talks about the various reflexology points that we are massaging and the benefits.
