Stress diverts the body's functions from doing their nomal jobs, instead they are producing adrenaline

This depletes the body of B6 and Zinc and it is the lack of these things, plus the poor job it does on its other functions like digestion and detoxing that then makes the body ill > Autism Treatment > From: magnolias12@...> Date: Tue, 29 Jun 2010 14:12:10 +0000> Subject: OT: DH stressed by move> > Hi,> We are in the process of moving our family half-way around the world to live, and as you can imagine it's quite a busy time. Hi

My main interest in my therapy list which i offer ot clients is stress and tools to survive... Happy to speak off line if it would help.. having recovered and blossomed after a full blown nervous breakthrough... have a few tricks up my sleeve.

Best Wishes

He had sinusitis for at least two weeks, and is now back in bed with a raging sore throat, temp and hacking cough.Apart from something to make him feel better, is there anything I should be giving him to help deal with the stress and to help him NOT get sick?

I have B5, ACE, mag and tyrosine on hand for my adrenal failure - will these help him? Can't say he's really anxious, but the stress is making him ill. Thanks for any ideas,

the supps treat the symtoms... the cause is the way we deal with a situation, not the situation itself.  To really get the stress undercontrol, a change in approach and introduce self help techiques is the only way to truly keep it under control.

What do you suggest Tracey?

I have the intro lessons from the Silva website downloaded that you mentioned

ages ago. Is this the sort of thing you mean?

The mind centering exercise from that would be brilliant.. for both of you to listen too first thing am and last thing pm... it has a way of releasing stress and bringing focus..

There are other more specific strategies which are matched to individual needs... send me a note off line about the issues he is having and then I can identify more specific support too.##

Best Wishes
