Hi, I live

in Kiev, Ukraine. I’m gay, 42, and live with HIV since 1988. On ARV since 2001

(Combivir and Kaletra). Viral load is undetectable. For the last 3-4 years I

have lipodystrophy and big loss of muscular mass in hands, legs, chest, back

and bottom and had no success in gym as after 3-4 days of exercises always had explosion

of herpes or cold/flu… Did discuss

this situation with some doctors here and in Moscow (I’m Russian citizen) and

have got no any recommendations from them.

Does anyone

here had some similar situation and what could you recommend? Thanks, Gena
