I was eager this morning to try my workout because I bought some no-slip mat and glued it to the bottom of my bag in an attempt to see if it would slide less.  IT WORKED!  So happy.. It still rocks and scoots but this helped immensely.  It reduced me chasing it around by probably 80%.  I glued it on to my $20 garage sale bag so I wasn't too concerned about if it wouldn't work.  Besides, it's the bottom, not like anyone sees that. 

With that said, I had a nice powerful workout.  Sometimes I think I should just do my own bag workouts, because I don't mean to toot my horn, but I can hit a lot harder and faster than what Cathe does.  However, I wouldn't be able to keep that pace up the whole time of course..amazing how using mostly your upper body can escalate your heart rate.....  I did the heavy bag bonus afterwards, so basically I did last week's rotation workout today instead of the boxing which she had up to do next.  I did Tracey's last week in place of the kickboxing so I changed it a tad.  Anyway, a great burn, awesome workout.  857 calories with 145 as my average.

Off to do some grocery shopping w/ Kaysar this morning and I think I am going to stop at  a second-hand store in attempts to find some jeans..  Then I have my " new " client coming at 6:00 tonight.  I hope I can stay awake.  I hate late appointments!
