Congrats on this week's weight loss too and I'm glad the ankle appears to be coming around. I think the best medicine for tendonitis may be rest...... After today I will add 5 minutes a day. Rest is key though, if it hints at swelling you need to ice it, ibuprofen, etc but you know all that. That said, I hope you can do the 5K walk! They are tons of fun! I guess I will keep putting ice on it and taking Advil and doing stretches...hopefully it will be ok at walk tomorrow.
