Today after work I did another virgin workout. It was a Firm DVD that contains 2 workouts: Upper Body and Standing Legs. I only did the Upper Body portion as I was very pressed for time tonite. It felt like a very good workout. I did all of it, I only struggled with the pushups (as usual). I liked this workout and will do it again someday I'm sure. Have a great nite everyone.
