Guest guest
Awesome on the diet and workout, ! Sludge sounds interesting. No protein powder here so no sludge for me but I like the no blender thing! You are doing GREAT!! Bridge Walk, Back and Biceps with Noel, Treadmill Jaunt I walked the Esplanade at lunch and managed to get back to the office with only a few raindrops on my face.Tonite was Back and Biceps with Noel. He was visibly excited because tomorrow he and Zoa leave for the Arnold Classics! If she can place in the top 6 it will be huge for Noel so fingers are crossed!Nothing much to relate, it was the usual machines and fun, friendly banter. He asked how the diet was going and I said other than Thursday I had been sticking to the diet to the letter. I'm down 2 lbs from last week, so now I'm at 194. When we were finished my biceps was trembling and holding my water bottle to my lips was a challenge. I feel fine now, but I'm sure I'll be toast tomorrow! After that I did some intervals on the treadmill for 20 minutes and supposedly burned 216 calories.I made a yummy bodybuilder approved desert called "Sludge" when I got home, you gotta try this! 2 scoops of optimum nutrition whey protein powder (I used double rich chocolate and caramel toffee fudge) and just enough organic almond milk to make it dense like semi melted ice cream. I added a few frozen strawberries and let it sit for 5 minutes. MMMMMMMM! Seriously it tasted like ice cream! Approx 320 calories, 49 grams of protein, 5 grams fat. I can't wait to have it again tomorrow! What's cool about this is that it's easy to make at work, no blender needed! I felt full afterward to boot.
