Guest guest Posted April 17, 2010 Report Share Posted April 17, 2010 I had a nice workout in this morning.. really nice actually. I did the 39 minute upper body premix off of All Pump Xtreme. It was nice to work some muscles, but not to kill myself! Of course, I will admit to feeling a bit unsatisfied afterwards..... I might have to get some more lifting in a couple days again. Anyway, afterwards, I did 's Grind workout off of Volume 2. I liked it a lot. It went fast It wasn't killer hard, but surely not easy either. I used my 18lb bell for TGUs, and then my 35 for a lot, and my 40 for swings and rows. I think I could have used the 25 easy enough for the TGU's, but I didn't feel like killing myself today. I burned 202 calories with my average at 121. And I didn't get my calorie burn for Amy's. The sun is shining today and my boys are already fighting! Yay!
