Guest guest
W O W !!!!!!!!!!! GOOD FOR YOU!!! Keep up the stellar work ! You're doing awesome!DarcyOn Fri, Apr 2, 2010 at 11:34 AM, Pink Pussycat <pinkpussycat@...> wrote: I woke up to good news. I got on the scale and it says 190. I'm down 25 lbs since October, and I'm confident that by the end of this weekend I will be at 188-189. Noel's 150 carb diet range is working, and I'm getting used to taking in more protein. Today's menu includes Taco Bell, my favorite eat of all (sad, I know, but true, it's my favorite): Tonite I'm going to do PiYo 1. I have all these wonderful PiYo workouts from Powder Blue and am ashamed to say I've only done the first one, which I enjoy very much, I've done it at least 2 times before and also a few times at the gym. They are challenging practices, and combine the best of yoga and pilates into one flowing, moving sequence. My body is crying for me to do yoga tonite, I'm stiff from all the lifting and high impact workouts I've done lately. At the same time I would like to work on strength and balance, so PiYo should fit the bill! It is my goal to do EVERY PiYo workout I own by the end of 2010. There are currently 13 PiYo lessons, so this is very doable. I'm telling you all this to help hold me accountable!

Guest guest
YEAH !!!!! That is awesome! 150 carbs seems so undoable to me. I'm carb addicted. I have been getting better, but when I get the munchies I want the crunchies. Ah fibrocymia. a Who is having a bad food day that included two cadburry eggs. Healthy lunch though(300 cal) and healthy dinner planned(400 cal) - don't ask about breakfast. > > I woke up to good news. I got on the scale and it says 190.
