Guest guest
Hey Kathy, I have this one also. I used it when I was trying to get back into exerciseing and still occasionally on those days when I just can't make myself do anything else. It's a keeper although I don't do it very often. There is another one in the series called Walk and Box, it's about the same, I like it too. in CA Foreman Just did Walk It Off With - Circuit Walk. Yet another pick-up from Swap A DVD. It's 30ish minutes of low-impacty walking moves with a bunch of squats & lunges. No upper body. The workout is led by Petra Kolber with really, really good cues. Not that anything is complicated at all. Very good for your non-dancer types like me. Foreman is hilarious/adorable. This probably wouldn't get you seriously experienced folks very worked, but I got sweaty and mostly enjoyed it. The biggest complaint is that the music is louder than the voices and you just can't hear what Petra is saying sometimes. Fortunately, the moves are so simple that you don't need much explanation. A keeper for me. Even though I hate lunges. Kathy No virus found in this outgoing message.
