Guest guest Posted April 15, 2010 Report Share Posted April 15, 2010 I decided I wanted a lighter cardio today. I pulled out one I have not done. Mindy's Fat Burning Cardio w/ gliding disks. It started off pretty slow, at least for me, but I ended up enjoying it a lot. It has some hi/lo in there (oh my) alternating with some work with the disks. I burned 317 with my average at 121.
