Guest guest
I am SO with you, Donna! Life is too short to force myself to learn choreography and not get a good workout (or even really enjoy myself) while I'm in the learning process UNLESS it is something I'm really motivated to learn for some reason (which is realllllllllly unusual). Happy purging!!! Sunday 1 mile, MM Strength # 1, stretching Hi Everyone, This morning was Montenegro Method Strength - I did workout # 1 again, which is labeled for upper body, but is really total body as you work your legs and core throughout w/ compound/combined movements. I think this is my favorite of the strength workouts on the strength DVD - it packs a lot into just about 20 minutes. I warmed up by walking 1/2 mile on the TM and cooled down doing the same. I was going to do some Pilates but I ended up getting restless and just stretched on my own - incorporating some of the stretches from Aligned & Well Back Biomechanics, and some of my own. Yesterday I decluttered DD's room - not as much as it needed but better than it was. I have a pile of stuff to go to charity or friends with younger kids. So, that is good! I still have the decluttering bug, so I may do some more today. I really want to focus on my DVD collection and really purge it of stuff I no longer want, need or plan to do ever again! There are some longer complex step workouts which I really just have no desire to even try to learn - so I think those should go. I have decided that (at least at the moment) I'm on a simplicity kick - I don't want to master a lot of complex choreo - I jsut want to workout and sweat. Take care!Donna
