's Monday workout

I am BUMMED there's no mail today, because according to USPS my Turbo Fires are here in Portland and I want my advanced dvd's!  Guess I'll have to do them tomorrow! Oh well, Tressia will be her in an hour and I'll get 2 virgin TF's done, Turbo Fire EZ 45 and Sculpt 30.

Today I did Gilad Total Body Sculpt which I had recorded from FitTV.  The shows are an hour but I fast forward the commercials. I have a bunch of them recorded and decided to do one today. It was a very nice workout, my muscles feel very worked out now.  I have already watered the yard today and packaged up a bunch of books and DVDs for mailing for the swap sites, although there is no mail today but now they are ready for tomorrow.  Now my whole rest of the day is free to do what I want and it's only 11:30 here.  Have a great day everyone.

Today I did 2 workouts from FitTV. They were both the Weight Loss Workout show. The 1st one was with McGee and was mostly Pilates based. The second one was with Violet Zaki and was mainly kickboxing based. It was a total of 46 minutes altogether as I always fast forward the commercials. I think I forgot to post yesterday's workouts. Yesterday I did 2 of the Gilad workouts from FitTV and then I did 20 minutes on the treadmill last nite. Have a great day everyone. I have to go do some cleaning in my very messy bedroom today.
