Hi all,

I had ordered some Joyce Vedral VHS tapes from ebay. They arrived today so I decided to try one out as I had never done any of hers before. Today I did The Bottoms Up workout, Middle Body. This is done is several different sets of crunches and different ab exercises. I kinda liked it and it didn't take up much time. I think it was around half an hour. I will try a few more of these tapes (I got 8 of them altogether). I wanted to get in some cardio also so I did 30 minutes on my exercise bike. Its getting too hot now to be outside at all. Sounds good, ! I think I have some of Joyce V's books - I should try to use them sometimes and do a video-free rotation!Donna
