Guest guest
Tomorrow my friend Tressia is coming over and this is the tabata I have planned. When one person is on the bag the other person will do something else and we'll switch. Same with the step. Each HIIT drill 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, one minute rest in between tabatas: -jump rope (with the rop)-kettlbell double arm swings-straddles on the step-quick jabs on the bag- forward knee strikes/pulls on a higher step-roundhouse kick on the bag-single arm kettlebell swings -quick uppercuts on the bagAfter that I desperately need to do some yoga, I'm thinking Kundalini - Navel Power. Guest guest
I just have to ask... in the Kundalini - Navel Power is the point to contemplate your navel? LOL... sorry, don't mean to be a jerk but I thought it was funny anyway! ;-) tomorrow's tabata with Tressia Tomorrow my friend Tressia is coming over and this is the tabata I have planned. Guest guest
nancy, it is a core workout-- " According to the ancient yogis, the Navel Center, or fire in the belly, is the key to success, focus, patience, & personal power. When your Navel Center is strong you can do less and get more done, attract opportunities, and prosper. This new and improved remake of the popular Navel Power workout features a 15 min. warm-up sequence a comprehensive Kundalini Yoga set (conveninetly chaptered into two segments) for abdominal strengthening and toning, improved digestion and prosperity. Ravi and Ana are superb instructors. This tape will give you a stomach of steel and the ability to command your own destiny! " although laughter is good for the core, too!! stacey > > I just have to ask... in the Kundalini - Navel Power is the point to contemplate your navel? > > LOL... sorry, don't mean to be a jerk but I thought it was funny anyway! ;-) > > > > > tomorrow's tabata with Tressia > > > > Tomorrow my friend Tressia is coming over and this is the tabata I have planned. Guest guest
Stacey, what a lovely way of recapitulating this workout! It is a virgin for me, and now I want to experience this more than ever! I know that this is also the dan'tien (sp?) of t'ai chi and an important chakra. Guest guest
Thanks, Stacey, for the info. I totally get it and do like learning these things... but (warning) I'm still feelin goofy... I'm wondering now if you drink Fuzzy Navels for recovery (or maybe that is in preparation)?! Thanks for putting up with my silliness! (I truly hope enjoys it and gets tremendous benefits from it, though I still think I'd just prefer skipping right to the Fuzzy Navel part!) tomorrow's tabata with Tressia> > > > Tomorrow my friend Tressia is coming over and this is the tabata I have planned.
