Guest guest Posted May 26, 2010 Report Share Posted May 26, 2010 A couple weeks ago I had asked where to get Gilad workouts. Someone (sorry I can't remember who) told me to go to YaYa's board. I did that and have been hooked ever since. I got two Gilad workouts and did one of them tonite. It was Gilad Ultimate Body Sculpt Series Cuts & Curves. I really enjoyed this workout. It uses the resistance tubing and dumbbells. I seem to have a problem with the tubing in that I end up all banged up from where it hits me and rubs on me. I have a rebounder with the tubing and it does the same thing. I guess I'm just a klutz. This workout has a 15 min. warm up, 39 minutes of strength training and a 6 min. cooldown. For me, this is definitely a keeper. It was kind of amusing as Gilad kept playing with his hair thruout as if it was blowing wildly in the wind and it really wasn't. I thought it was cute.
