Guest guest Posted May 26, 2010 Report Share Posted May 26, 2010 I am part of a fitness challenge that requires 3 sessions of 30min cardio and 2 sessions of 30 min strength a week (plus one stretch a week) and a lot of other diet etc stuff. I have been on it before BUT my goal is after this 12 week challenge is to challenge myself with Insanity....Today I taught spin for 60 min -- I real 60 min class with us getting off bikes and cleaning up about 70 min later!! yea!! It was fun. I followed with 30 min strength training at gym. I simply did a body part to songs I had on my mp3 player (each song was ~4-5 min) Great workout... feeling better..more laterjudy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
