Guest guest Posted April 22, 2010 Report Share Posted April 22, 2010 I had never done this one before. It was different. I liked it, but I'm not very picky with my kettlebell workouts. I love the variety they all give me This one is done w/out any instruction at all! there's a screen that tells you what you are doing, and then you do it. There are very small workouts that are titled strangely. I did all of the beginner to intermediate " salad " recipes. I think there were like 12 or around there. It came out to be about 30 minutes. I burned 358 calories with my average at 137. I think it's funny when they call them " beginner " workouts. anyone can heavy up and make them very grueling, which is exactly what I did. I used my 40 for most of it, but dropped down for some others. I never touched Mr. 45. I was spent! Oh, and to add, I overslept an hour! I cut my computer-time short this morning, and then my workout was just a bit over 30 minutes.
