There probably wasn't much new in this one, but I liked the music, and Jari wasn't annoying at all. My shoulders and chest got worked the most. She spends very little time on the prices (a few tricep push-ups). Jari starts with a 3-minute warm-up where she moves pretty quickly, but it still did little to nothing for my heart rate. After that is the workout. It clocked in at 39 minutes. I might try the cardio portion tomorrow..maybe the hi/lo since from what I understand it is more high impact and not much fancy footwork or choreography. Oh, I burned 207 calories with my average at 100..LOL.. Lifting for endurance does little to nothing for heart rate! Those big calorie burns come with lifting heavy!!Keeping Bryar home from school today as he woke up with a goopy eye now..GRRR...
