going to have some chai tea energy drink hopefully that will zing me up a little.

I would think the virus would have come from downloading from an untrustworthy site or from a flash drive.  Ug!  It sucks having to always be one step ahead of the hackers!!  Nice to see you again, Kassia!You and Donna have the same types of workouts scheduled, it seems!

Have fun with ballet / pilates!  I acquired a ballet bootcamp workout recently that I'd like to try, now that I think about it.. hmmm...

Hi Kassia! Glad to see you back online! I though of you when I wrapped on my hip

scarf the other day for my first bellydance video in ages. Have you found any

good ones lately?

My computer had the same virus - where it looks like an anti-virus program.

Control Center I think the name was. My work IT guys thankfully fixed it after

MUCH cajoling. I use this computer for work and since they weren't going to be

me one they had to fix my personal one. It was particularly pernicious.

Are you getting enough GOOD sleep?

hey paula, which bellydance vid have you done? i haven't gotten anything new in that department lately. i wanted to but my tax refund didn't go the way i planned b/c his other job really screwed us up there. i was going to get ansama(i think that is right) hip hop bellydance fusion. seems really fluid and while not a fan of a lot of hip hop music i do like the dance. last night was just a rough night. not sure what happened but i am sure i will sleep tonight. i worked my butt off and worked out. this one looked like a legit microsoft spyware until you tried to close it then it wouldn't let you do anything . dh got it though but it took some time to adjust the kinks after that. kassiaLDY_SOLANA'S fITNESS BLOGLDY_SOLANA'S WEBPAGEFrom: a <paulajfrey@...>Subject: Re: hey again! The one I did the other night was Goddess Fitness Cardio Bellydance. It really

wasn't overly cardio like most of them and the majority of the DVD focuses on

instruction. With that said, it was a good video for me to do since I hadn't

danced in a while. Its weird, I've kind of outgrown the twins and Rania, but

there is no middle grown between them and stuff I just can't come close to

following yet.

I have a few more in my queue, I'll let you know if I stumble on anything good!
