Okay, I know that probably sounded weird as a subject, but I've

been

blogging on Sparkpeople about my experience with Insanity since I

started it last week. I just don't have the time to rewrite it to send

it in here, but if you don't mind reading it as I wrote it for SP, I'd

be more than happy to repost my experiences with it here. I just don't

want to "assume" that people would want to read what I'm blogging about

or what I think of Insanity. It's quite a workout! But I'm really

enjoying it (most days!).
