Hi Everyone,

Yesterday, I literally spent the whole day in bed. I'm still not 100%, but my DH gets up super early for work (4:30) and his alarm always wakes me up - his schedule is one reason why I can be a consistent morning exerciser (although I did force myself into the habit before this schedule when my DD was born b/c it was the only way I'd ever get my exercise in!) So, for good or bad I decided to work out this morning. I did Strong Push and Strong Pull back to back. I know I'm not 100% b/c I had to take a lot of rest breaks and my HR was really high during some of the exercises and I felt nauseous at time. But, I'm still glad I got it done. I did both workouts "as is" and felt it was just right (and mabye a bit too much) for how I was feeling today. But in the future I can see adding some modifications - weights for some of the leg work she does while just holding the band, weights for the chest flies (I never can get enough tension on the band

for chest flies) and I like the idea of combining weights and bands or weighted gloves and bands. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back on track. Hope to maybe do PowerFit Plus Cardio plus the Cardio from the orginal set and Core Balance which I think is the only core workout I haven't done yet from Harmony. I'm still definately not feeling up to a FIRM cardio - Calorie Killer (which is what is on my "schedule" for tomorrow), at least not at this point. Take care,

Donna
