Donna From: Judy S <k9sports4gsps@...>Subject: first "workout back" Date: Friday, January 22, 2010, 3:25 PM Well Wed was 4 weeks post op and I admit to being somewhat lazy during this time. I did some walking but that is it (and meditating :)Well - nothing like shock therapy- a friend who subs for me all the time was sick and needed someone this AM for her cycle class - so I did it!I was ok - I didn't have my resistance up that high and I felt it in my back (meaning my abs are WEAK!). But I had a great workout and am ready to start at it again. I am going to teach next Wed. and try to get into gym 1 more time for cardio. Do pilates for strength at home and my BOSU (yea I got mine together) for another cardio... that will be a good start..
