Thanks Elaine but this was a statement that was 2yrs in the fighting and just signed off 2 weeks ago! They could still have refused and amended the new statement and we would have kick started the whole procedure again which would have saved them another year at least but then they would be caught up in all the shenanigans over that period with me and they know I'm like a dog with a bone. We were due in tribunal a couple of weeks ago, it's all very bizarre funding granted after tribunal cancelled, very long story but I always say there is more than one way to skin a cat and without money one learns to be creative.

This is such good news Vicky and it inspires me to sharpen my teeth and be prepared to fight on too.. The boys are so very lucky to have such a tenacious and creative mum like you.
