Guest guest
Laurie, please repost here! Can you copy and paste the contents from your SP blog and put them here? I have Insanity but haven't tried it yet because I'm nursing a broken toe, but am thinking I could use my rebounder to modify.

Guest guest
oh I would love to know - I want to start it when I am ready. I am on sparkpeople - can I find your blog? From: Laurie <tst4eko@...> Sent: Fri, January 22, 2010 12:35:31 PMSubject: Anyone interested in how Insanity is going? Okay, I know that probably sounded weird as a subject, but I've been blogging on Sparkpeople about my experience with Insanity since I started it last week. I just don't have the time to rewrite it to send it in here, but if you don't mind reading it as I wrote it for SP, I'd be more than happy to repost my experiences with it here. I just don't want to "assume" that people would want to read what I'm blogging about or what I think of Insanity. It's quite a workout! But I'm really enjoying it (most days!). Guest guest
, Hmmm, I don't know about using the rebounder. I have one of those too, and I just don't think there would be enough space on one of those things. I just can't imagine doing the suicides, 123-123, suicide jumps, or moving pushups on it. But I'm pretty, hmmm, what would you call it??? I'm pretty legalistic if you will. If it shows to do something one way, I figure they really want it done THAT WAY so I don't sway from it. I try my best to do it exactly like they want it. If you're someone who's used to modifying lots of moves, you'll probably figure out a way to do it. I'm actually trying to give myself permission to modify sometimes, but it's hard! Laurie Pink Pussycat wrote: Laurie, please repost here! Guest guest
Yeah, I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and a healing broken toe on the other. I save all my high impact for when I teach Turbo Kick at the gym, otherwise I need to be good to my feet to keep from reinjuring them. I think there's quite a bit I can do on the rebounder from what I've previewed. Good for you though for doing the rotation as written!
