symptoms worse/ unregulated in the AM

Anyone have a similar pattern? My son's behavior is off the charts when he

first wakes up!! I have to physically restrain him at times because he goes

from one thing to one thing to another thing that is inappropriate. When his

sm. dosage of stimulant is in him he is able to regulate himself better, but

until then.....whoa baby, he has to be in a confined area away from other people

because he hits, plays with stuff that can get him hurt, etc.

Anybody else have this morning issue?
