Guest guest Posted November 23, 2006 Report Share Posted November 23, 2006 Hi Guys, Just got home from the doctor's office with two sore arms (one flu shot, one pneumonia shot) & some fresh test results. Guess what?????????? They're high where they should be low & low when they should be high. ALT - 91 - Norms 5 & 42 AST - 153 - norms 10 to 40 Alkaline Phosphatase - 286 Ammonia - 92 - Norms 9 to 33 Bilirubin - 38 - Norms up to 22 Platelets - 71 - norms 150 to 400 If only the ones that high could trade places with the ones that are low, I'd be a happy camper. My doc said not to test my sugars more than 3 times a day since my platelets are low. SpYke's up to new tricks. Last night I took a bath. He's got me well trained, I can't close the door or he has fits & tries to dig a hole under the door. So, anyways, I'm sitting in the tub & I notice him sitting in the doorway with a very serious look on his face. He was playing lifeguard & trying to decide which was worse, getting wet or losing me.
