homeschooling vs public system canada

my 7 year old daughter dx with PDD-NOS - we think it's aspergers - i have

aspergers... is in grade 1 public school ontario canada.

never convinced they really are supporting her well - last 2 weeks she's been

victim of 3 bullying incidents (assualts) and 1 incident where she was alone in

hall after school with no adults knowing where she was for 1/2 hour.

this weekend she had meltdown so big she lost all control and became selfabusive

- hit her face into wall and knocked a tooth loose. later pushed her 2 year old

brother so he fell in the bath.

both completely out of character for her.

have made big stink with school - contacted everyone up the chain to the

director of ed - will expect a full plan laid out in a meeting still waiting to

be scheduled for tmo.

but really not sure they will do the job.

wondering about homeschooling or private schooling.

we have NO money - another child with medical as well as developmental

disabilities.

i am floundering.

am well aware of funding opportunities but have not found any to help with

tuition.

please share suggestions.
