* How should campuses respond to parents of students on the

autism spectrum?

FACILITATOR:

Dr. Jane Thierfeld Brown is Director of Student Services at the

University of Connecticut School of Law and is one of the principles

of the website, collegeautismspectrum.com. She has worked in

Disability Services for 30 years. Dr. Brown consults at colleges and

universities around the country and speaks at many national

conferences on Asperger's Syndrome. Her book, " Students with

Asperger's: A Guide for College Professionals, " was published in

2009. Her new book, " Students on the Autism Spectrum: A Guide for

Parents and Clinicians, " is will be published in 2011.
