Hi,

I'm one of Allan's sisters and logged on to make sure that news of

his passing had reached all of you and I find it has. I've just

spent the last half hour printing out your lovely messages, and some

of his past posts, to share with my family when we gather next

Saturday to celebrate his life.

I wanted to take a moment to let you all know how much you meant to

him. You gave him strength and support that he couldn't get from

anywhere but a community like this. Your kindness and love lifted

him up. I know he loved and respected you all.

Allan had a rough time at the end, but was very brave and fought a

long, hard battle. My big brother is gone but will live on in my

heart forever.

We'll remember all of you in our prayers.
