autism and developmental delay

I am new here and really have not had a chance to introduce myself. To keep it

short I am mother to surviving triplet boys both of which show signs of Autsim.

They just turned 3. No one will diagnosis them because they are both severely

delayed one being about 7 months and the other 6 months developmentally. This is

their average. One likes to do repetive movements, shows obsessive behavior

(pushing same key on toy over and over again), stemming, and I am sure some

others I can;t think of. He Dr does think he has it and mentioned getting a

diagnosis. His brother had a grade III and IV brain bleed but also has changed.

He no longer enjoys the bath, won't eat food anymore, doesn't like change in

routine (found this out my accident), licks toys, bangs head or bites hand when

mad, loves lights, gets upset easily, and some other things. He actually

received ABA therpy for about 7 months and it ended when he turned 3 and I have

noticed a big difference. So the question is did anyone get a diagnosis of

Austism with a severe delay?
